The 20th Hamburg International Lesbian and Gay Film Festival will run from the 20th to the 25th of October, 2009.
For this year’s collaboration with the Lesbian and Gay Film Festival we are inviting the Chubsters from London.
Therefore we are looking for films dealing with being fat, fat pride, beauty norms and fat-phobia. Please send your films, documentaries, animations, video-performances etc. so we can make a great film programme!
After the screening all tapes will be archived at the Bildwechsel archives.

From 17.-19. of July ’09 the Streik Academy will exhibit documentations of different types of strikes of around 30 artists and scientists and strategies of “how to better strike” will be imparted and developed in workshops. Concerts and performances will present further concepts.
On Friday the 17th at 10 am durbahn will present strike videos from the bildwechsel archives.

Bildwechsel talk and screening at ‘do it herself‘ in Leipzig.
On Friday the 29th of May members of Bildwechsel Hamburg, Basel and Berlin will be presenting films and videos from the Bildwechsel archives with a focus on music videos.
